Wollaston prism
Split the incident beam into two orthogonal polarized diverging beams.
The Wollaston prism consists of two equal calcite prisms. It splits the incident beam into two orthogonally polarized divergent beams. Both output beams are nearly equally polarized. The angular separation between the output beams depends on the wavelength. - Excellent extinction ratio: 1:10^-5 - Wide wavelength range: 350–2200 nm - Splits the incident beam into two orthogonally polarized divergent beams - Uses the highest optical grade natural calcite
